University Of California San Diego is a great university with really good programs to pursue your dream job, definitely in the medical field. The university was created on November 18, 1960, which means that it’s been about 50 years since this university was created. The founder of the university is Roger Revelle, the CEO of the school is Patty Maysent. The average cost for the before aid is 33k and the after aid is around 13k. The graduation rate is a really good percentage of 84% around 6-8 years of completing at the UC for first-time, full time. It’s a reasonable elite school people are able to graduate from. Lastly, the acceptance rate is around 33%, which isn’t that bad as a student that has really good grades. Some of the majors that are available and popular for students at the campus are; computer science, globalization studies, biochemistry, mathematics, neurobiology and anatomy, communication, and so many more varieties of majors. They work with many different departments/ centers that can help with your majors such as; Jacobs School of Engineering, Moores Cancer Center, Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, Altman Clinical and Translational Research Institute and so many more collaborators students in the world can come together to do. There are also so many different extracurricular activities students are able to be involved in like having up to 45 different sorority and fraternity organizations, a lot of community service you can produce in your time to help the community, and 570 other organizations. In the end, this University has so many opportunities for a student that just graduated from high school to transfer to this college. These are some of the things and opportunities people can do and be a part of the Triton community.
