Uno

Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday my group plays Uno in Journalism. It’s the most intense and crazy 2 hours. From friendships almost ending, to alliances being made, Uno is the game to play. A great way to pass the time and have fun with your friends. This started out as one round, just to see if we liked it. But now it’s an everyday, all-day thing. There’s never a boring moment in our class. We’ve even had substitutes interested in what we are doing. We have three personalized trick cards. One being a +6, another a “Kick Someone Out” card, and the Molly card. Molly gets kicked out, or if you’re feeling nice, you just get +6. We also play with fun rules, like jumping in and stacking. Jumping in is where you can place a card when it’s not your turn, only if it’s the same color and number. Stacking is where, if you have the same type of card, and it’s your turn you can use it. You can stack +2’s or +4’s. It makes the game all the more interesting. I’m glad we started playing Uno. It makes class enjoyable to go to. We also get our articles written!
