Ingredients:
- 20 ounces of white chocolate chips
- 30 peppermint candies
- 10 ounces of dark chocolate
- 6 tablespoons of heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon of peppermint extract
Instructions:
- Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper
- Chop the chocolates into smaller chunks
- Crush the peppermint candies up
- Using a double boiler method, melt ½ of the white chocolate
- Once the white chocolate is completely melted pour it into the pan and evenly spread it around in the pan
- Sprinkle ¼ of the peppermint candies over the melted white chocolate
- Let the chocolate cool and set for about 15 minutes
- Melt the dark chocolate, heavy cream, and peppermint extract using a double boiler method
- Pour the dark chocolate mixture over the chilled white chocolate and let it set for about 20 minutes
- Repeat step 4 with the other half of the white chocolate
- Pour the white chocolate over the set dark chocolate and pour the rest of the crushed peppermint candies on top
- Let the peppermint chocolate bark set for about 20 minutes
- Break the peppermint chocolate into serving size pieces and serve
