STOP GENDERING:
- COLORS: It is unnecessary and outdated to assume that there are specific colors for girls and boys.
- MAKE-UP: Anyone can wear make-up.
- HAIRSTYLES: Long hair, short hair, curly hair, straight hair, it’s all genderless.
- CLOTHING: A piece of fabric does not have a gender.
- PERIODS AND PREGNANCIES: Trans, non-binary and gender non-conforming people all can experience periods and pregnancies. Not just cis-women.
- BODY PARTS: Gender and sex are not the same thing. Sex refers to our anatomical and biological characteristics and is assigned at birth. Gender identity refers to a person’s deep-held sense of their gender. BODY PARTS DO NOT DEFINE OUR GENDER. ONLY WE DO.
