These smillows are pretty cool, I first stumbled upon them while in WinCo shopping with my mom and I just had to have these smillows that were scented. I got obsessed with the fair price and just how cute the smillows were. There are a total of 12 smillows and I currently have 4 of them and am soon to continue my collection.
- The Smores Smillow. I got this one last year and by far, this one is my favorite based off of the smell, it has that chocolate scent to it. When this one was given to me, I really thought it smelled like really sweet coffee and I still think so. The product design on this is good, where it’s rounded on the marshmallow is just so nice and actually resembles what the marshmallows in smores. The shape on the smores is just so perfect to me and everything about this one is just fantastic. 10/10. Best one.
- The Orange Smillow. This one was the second one I got, this one was bought at the same time as the cupcake smillow. The scent on this one is completely gone at this point but I’ve been sleeping with this smillow as my main smillow for 3 years at this point. It’s one of the only smillows to have blush on it’s design and I love it. The blush adds this different level of happiness to it. It’s a round smillow so it’s the perfect shape and I have no overall complaints about this one. 9.8/10. It brings me happiness.
- The Watermelon Smillow. I do not have this one which is so sad, ScentCo’s watermelon scent is so good and I love it. I have a pencil case from them and it’s watermelon scented and it’s my favorite. To start with the shape, I don’t know if it’s off putting in some weird way, it’s the only one where it has such a harsh shape. Like yes it’s a watermelon but I think they could’ve added more of the rind on the watermelon and had given it the other smile design it would’ve been better. 9.5/10. Could’ve been better, but the smell of their watermelon saved it.
- The Cupcake Smillow. This one was one of the first smillows I got and I absolutely loved the smell of the cupcake. I got this one in 2019 and it’s now pretty much 2022 and it still has it’s scent. The scent of course is not as strong now as when I had got it and that’s okay. The cupcake smillow definitely has the perfect holding shape and it’s really good to sleep with honestly. The scent the cupcake had was overpowering and my room and parts of my house smelled like this smillow for like a week so for that it lost a couple. A cute design and I love how the sprinkles are embroidered in but that made it funky to sleep with. 9.2/10. Cute but overpowering.
- The Strawberry Smillow. This smillow is cute. I like this one and I’d love to have it. The smile on it just weirds me out, like I think the eyes and smile are too low and would benefit from having a higher placement on the smillow. The shape is really cute and I love how it almost looks like a heart, and the green part on top I think does a good job giving it leaves and a stem. The shape of the stem is odd looking though, the way it hooks is strange. 8/10. I’m really scared it’s going to smell like medicine or just not smell like strawberries.
- The Green Apple Smillow. This one was given to me with the smores smillow and the smores clearly overtook the apple. First off the design is just poor and bland. It could have a different smile and maybe blush and I think it will look cute then. It reminds me of an idea someone had last minute and rushed the final product. The scent was okay, I’m not particularly fond of apples. But it didn’t have that typical sticky green apple smell so that made me happy. If the apple had better design it’d be higher on the list. 7/10. This one let down the group.
- The Blueberry Smillow. It’s round and it’s very happy looking, unfortunately I hate blueberries because they disappoint me everytime and they are just no good. Also I don’t trust blueberries, they just aren’t trustworthy. Do I have hope that the scent is decent? Yes, because ScentCo isn’t a bad company. Questionable they made a blueberry scented smillow but the design gives it points. 6.4/10, how does one even accomplish a blueberry scent???
- The Cookies N’ Cream Smillow. I’m also not fond of cookies and cream, it’s all just bad like the cookies and cream Hershey’s bar. Also the ice cream flavor is less than desirable. I have nothing against the design, it’s really creative with the details and how from the side it looks like a cookie with cream inside of it like an oreo. The embroidery just looks like it will be too much to actually use a pillow. It gives it details and makes it look good just wouldn’t be the best to sleep with. It’d be uncomfortable. 5/10. Scent might be okay but too much detail.
- The Jelly Donut Smillow. I hate this one, it’s so ugly. It’s a nice round pillow so it would be good to sleep with but the scent would be horrible and probably be overly sweet which wouldn’t be good at all. I feel like this one just wouldn’t be good. The design is poor like the green apple smillow. It has the jelly on the outside, like the entry points of the jelly in the jelly donut. The smile on this one just doesn’t fit right either I think. 2/10
- The Rainbow Chip Cookie Smillow. Going based off of the first image of the rainbow chip cookie smillow it looks uncomfortable, the ‘rainbow chips’ look like they have like a glittery texture which doesn’t look fun to rest on. I don’t want to imagine the scent because I think it would be so sweet that it would be everywhere for the next week if I got it. It would look better if it had a little blush but I see why they didn’t do it because it could get confused with the chips. This one is also kinda ugly. 1/10, the scent could be bad and it ugly.
- The Grape Smillow. Grape equals nasty -3/10
- The Pineapple Smillow. Pineapple is just questionable and the design is bad -7/10
While I actively dislike a lot of them, I still want them all because I want to complete my collection.
