Times for animal shelters have been tough lately. Following the holidays, city-run shelters across Tulare County have been experiencing a surge in lost or stray animals. They’ve reached max capacity and are in desperate need of more adoptions. Tulare County Animal Services encourages families to seek out their lost pets if missing, to adopt any from their shelter, or to just simply spread the word. After searching through Petfinder I have found plenty of sweet animals in need of a good home.
