I’ve been spending my weekends with my grandma. After my great grandma’s passing my grandma hasn’t been at her best. I knew that keeping her distracted and spending quality time with her would make her feel at least a little better. We drank chai tea and watched movies and stayed up pretty late. The next day we went running a few errands she had been holding off. We went to Costco and we went to a Catholic store. We also ate dinner together downtown. That same night when we got back to her house we were getting ready for bed and she thanked me for hanging out with her and being there with her. I felt really happy and I always loved spending time with my grandma and I hope to have many more memories with her.
