The state of Illinois is getting rid of the mask mandate according to CNN. This shows us that they are slowly going to stop having students wearing masks in school for multiple health problems they may cause kids in the future. Other states are currently working on getting rid of the health mandate of the masks also and some do not side with that. Chicago is one of the few that doesn’t agree with Illinois and continues to keep the mask mandate up.
