This Homemade and Gluten-free cake is the richest and most moist cake that will make people smile.

Ingredients:
CAKE
- 2 ⅔ cup of gluten free flour
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 Teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of sour cream (room temperature)
- 1 cup water
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla or vanilla paste
BUTTERCREAM
- 2 teaspoon of vanilla bean extract or paste
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 7 cups of powdered sugar
- 2 cups unsalted butter (room temp)
- 3 tablespoon heavy cream or whip cream
Directions:
Step 1- Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a 6-inch pan
Step 2- Add sugar, salt, flour, baking powder, and gently whisk
Step 3- Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients, add water, vanilla extract or paste, vegetable oil, eggs, sour cream.
Step 4- Whisk the wet ingredients until well incorporated, mix for a couple of minutes (there is no gluten so no worries about the batter being over mixed).
Step 5- Cover and let the batter sit for 30 minutes, divide the batter between cake pans and bake for 35-38 minutes
Step 6- Let cakes rest for 10 minutes out of the oven before flipping onto the rack
Step 7- While cake layers bake and cool, beat butter on medium speed for 30 seconds until smooth
Step 8- Mix in vanilla and salt at low speed, add the powdered sugar 1 cup at a time
Step 9- Beat on low until they are fully combined and the consistency is smooth
Step 10- Stack and frost cake layers, then decorate however they please.
