Vegan Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • 4 tbsp diced ginger
  • ¼ cup frozen peas 
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 cup cooked whole grain rice
  • 2 tbsp sesame seed oil
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce 
  • 4 chopped spring onions

Steps:

  1. In a large frying pan, heat up the vegetables over high heat. Be constantly stirring to avoid burning. 
  2. Once they’re heated to your liking, add the rice, vegetables, and wet ingredients together and mix well. 
  3. Add the green onions and mix well once more.
