Recipe to the best, chewy, thin chocolate chip cookie you will ever have. I mean it.
Jump to Recipe —–> Preheat the oven to 375° Fahrenheit.
Ingredients:
1 cup melted butter (unsalted)
1 cup brown sugar
⅓ cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
¾ tsp salt
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup chocolate chunks
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°. To a pan, melt 1 cup of melted butter (unsalted) and cook until foaming and brown. Set aside and cool for 10 minutes. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. To a separate bowl, add sugars, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Beat until light and fluffy, and then add dry ingredients. Mix in chocolate chips and chunks, and let the dough sit at room temperature for 30 min. This helps the texture and makes your cookies 10x better. I promise. Scoop onto a baking sheet and add the magic ingredient – a sprinkle of sea salt on top. Bake at 375° for 9 minutes. Take out of the oven to cool, and enjoy the best cookies you’ve ever had!
