How to Make Hard Boiled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • The desired amount of eggs
  • Water

Instructions: 

  1. Add eggs to the saucepan and cover with water (1-2 inches from the top of the water)
  2. Bring water to boil
  3. Turn off the heat, cover the pan, and let the eggs sit for 10-12 minutes (cook longer for less liquid).
  4. Strain, and then run under cold water.
  5. Run cold water and peel the eggs.
