Ingredients :
- 1lb of fresh strawberries
- ¼ cup of brown sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 sleeve graham crackers
Instructions :
- Wash and dice strawberries into bite-sized pieces
- Add ¼ cup of brown sugar as well as tbsp of fresh lemon zest and lemon juice
- Give it a good mix and let sit for 15 minutes
- Crush one 1 sleeve of graham crackers in a sealed plastic bag with a rolling pin
- Then add the graham cracker crumbs to a large bowl and stir a ¼ tsp of ground cinnamon (optional)
- Next pour in a ¼ cup of melted butter and stir until it has a texture similar to wet sand
- In another bowl combine 8 oz of softened cream cheese with 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk and 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- Once the mixture is smooth take a small scoop of the cream cheese and pour it into the bottom of a drinking glass or small mixing jar
- Add a spoonful of graham cracker crumbs on top
- Then a good scoop of strawberries
- Continue filling the cups in that order until the cup is filled to the top making sure the final layer is strawberries
- Chill for one hour before serving and enjoy!
