Best Protein Shake Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup milk
  2. 1 scoop WHEY protein powder (chocolate or vanilla taste best)
  3. 1 banana
  4. 1 cup frozen strawberries
  5. 1 cup frozen blueberries
  6. 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  7. 5-7 ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. In a large blender add all of the ingredients
  2. Start mixing on a low setting and use a wooden spoon to help the ingredients blend together
  3. Slowly increase the blender speed until it gets to a consistency you like
