Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk
- 1 scoop WHEY protein powder (chocolate or vanilla taste best)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 5-7 ice cubes
Instructions:
- In a large blender add all of the ingredients
- Start mixing on a low setting and use a wooden spoon to help the ingredients blend together
- Slowly increase the blender speed until it gets to a consistency you like
