This is a recipe from allrecipes.com. It is a simple and easy recipe yet it ends with a delicious marinated chicken for you to eat. Its simplicity comes from the fact that all you need is a few ingredients and you can add many things to it to make it a meal such as white rice or vegetables.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup of chopped onions
- 5 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 ½ tablespoons of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
- ½ tablespoon of cayenne
- Salt and ground pepper
- 1 pound of skinless and boneless chicken breast cut into strips
Directions
First whisk onion, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame seeds, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper together in a bowl. Keep stirring till your marinade is smooth. After you cook and stir your chicken and marinade together in a large skillet over medium to high heat until the chicken is cooked through.
Additions
Something you can add to the meal if you want is vegetables like carrots or minced mushrooms. You can also substitute peanut oil for sesame oil if you want.
