Ingredients
- 2 and ¼ cups of flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup, softened butter (2 cubes)
- ¾ granulated sugar ¾ brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Slowly mix cougar and eggs together in a mixer
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt to the bowl and combine
- Add butter into the mixer, add small amounts at a time
- Mix until smooth
- Add the egg and vanilla
- Slowly combine the flour, salt, and baking soda into the mixer
- Once all combined add the chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350, and prepare your baking sheet
(3×4, makes 12 cookies at a time)
Should make around 3 dozen cookies
If you don’t use all the doe, roll into balls and freeze. Once frozen, put into a ziplock bag and save for later.
