Oatmeal, For Any Time, Any Place

Do you ever crave a good healthy breakfast in the morning? Sometimes we don’t have time in the morning to make food, we have to rush. High school is such a busy time in our lives and a healthy breakfast is a good start to any day. I’ll include my favorite oatmeal recipe for some fast oats in the morning!

-1 cup rolled oats

-2 cup plain, almond milk (you can substitute for any milk you like!)

-1 banana mashed

-½ teaspoon vanilla extract

-½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

-1 pinch of salt 

Mix all ingredients, enjoy straight away or you can leave it overnight!
