Recipe: White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

Ingredients :

  • Flour
  • Baking soda
  • Salt 
  • White Sugar & Brown Sugar
  • Butter
  • Vanilla extract
  • White Chocolate Chips
  • Macadamia Nuts

Instructions 

  1. Combine dry ingredients
  2. Whisk together
  3. Mix the two sugars together & add butter
  4. Pop into mixer
  5. Let mix for about 4 minutes
  6. Mix until you get a fluffy consistency (should lighten in color)
  7. Add egg yolk & stir till combined
  8. Add full egg
  9. Add vanilla extract
  10. Add dry ingredients 
  11. Add a touch of milk 
  12. Add macadamia nuts
  13. Add chocolate chips
  14. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours
  15. Let it sit out for about an hour
  16. Roll the cookie dough into balls
  17. Put them onto a cookie sheet or parchment paper
  18. Pop them into the oven 
  19. Bake for about 8 minutes (depending on your oven)
  20. When the cookies have cooled, enjoy!
