How to Make Buffalo Chicken Mac N Cheese

Ingredients for Cheese Sauce:

  • 325g pasta
  • 300g 2% cottage cheese
  • 150g ⅓ fat cream cheese
  • 25g cheddar powder
  • 75g buffalo sauce
  • 30g soy sauce
  • 30g honey

Chicken:

  • 18oz boneless skinless chicken thighs (sliced in strips)
  • 40g buffalo sauce
  • 20g soy sauce
  • Lightly coat with old bay seasoning, garlic powder & smoked paprika

Grill / Air Fryer Instructions:

Grill:

  • Preheat Grill on high heat for 10 mins (closed)
  • Cook chicken for 2 mins on each side (close lid)

Air Fryer:

  • Preheat to 400, and add strips for 12 minutes (work in batches if it’s too crowded)
