This past week, Crumbl cookie had a special line-up, all of the cookies being pink to support breast cancer awareness month. The lineup included raspberry lemonade, pink donut, pink velvet cake, and cake batter blondie. On Monday, I ran to try the flavors of the week. I ended up having to wait due to most of the cookies being sold out, but the wait was only around 20 minutes.
The first one I tried was the pink velvet cake cookie. It was a warm cookie with cream cheese frosting piped on. It was a delicious cookie, and the frosting was the best part, I would rate it an 8.5/10. Next up was the pink donut cookie. It was also a warm cookie, topped with pink frosting and sprinkles. The taste of the cookie reminded me of an old-fashioned cake donut, but one thing that took me by surprise was that the pink frosting was not strawberry flavored. I would assume since it is a pink frosting cookie it would be strawberry flavored, but it wasn’t and I feel like the cookie would stand out more if it was. I would rate the pink donut cookie a 7.5/10. The cake batter blondie cookie took me by surprise, it was amazing. It was a warm cookie embedded with white chocolate chips. It tasted exactly like cake batter, it was a melt-in-your-mouth cookie. Definitely was my favorite cookie of the week, receiving a 9/10 from me. Finally the raspberry lemonade cookie. It was a chilled shortbread cookie topped with a lemon raspberry frosting. I had high hopes for this cookie. It was alright but didn’t live up to my expectations. The lemon was very overpowering and I was barely able to taste the raspberry, definitely not one of Crumbl’s best work in my opinion. The lemon raspberry cookie is a 6/10 from me.
Tasting the Crumbl cookies of the week is always so fun to me, even if the flavors are not ones I would usually go for. Go out and try this week’s cookies. The lineup includes dulce de leche, s’mores, triple berry cobbler, and chocolate cupcake.
