The Stockton serial killer was using a ¨ghost gun¨ which is untraceable, meaning they buy the gun in separate parts all online and there is no need to give a background check. The police are unable to trace it since there are no serial numbers to track the owner. Eventually, though the police were able to retrieve it. The serial killer was using this gun through summertime committing the murder of 3 people. One of the victims was a musician that was shot, his sister talked to the news and told her story of how sweet and innocent he is, to then have the police honor the musician who died. Wesley Brownlee is accused of the shootings, he would shoot people late at night or early in the morning. He has been to court and was charged with three counts of murder, with even more charges coming. He hasn’t asked or been given a plea.
