This week, on October 27, our varsity water polo girls face Golden West at our home pool. It is going to be a big game for our girls as it is the battle for the paddle game and senior night. They took the dub against Golden West the last time that they played them this season, but anything can happen as energy levels will be high. The six seniors being recognized that night are Kambria Prado, Evelyne Prado, Lauren Landin, Bella Garcia, Mia Salazar, and Audrey Marin. Game time is scheduled for 5pm. Be there to support the graduating seniors and the win to keep the paddle at home!
This game will be the last of their league season. They currently have 5 wins and 3 losses in the league, currently in 3rd place, but fighting for 2nd. Although their desire for victory will continue on in the playoffs. Varsity water polo girls are scheduled to have their first playoff game Tuesday, November 1st. Go, Miners!
