Angel Cake Recipe

First, preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare the rest of your ingredients. Then, you get a food processor and blend 1 ¾ cups of sugar, and set away one cup of the processed sugar. Add the flour and salt to the processor, then in a separate bowl whisk 12 large egg whites until foamy. Add the egg whites to the cup of sugar and mix in 1 ½ teaspoons of vanilla extract for 5-6 minutes. Strain the mixture and slowly add 1 cup of the flour mixture. Finally pour it into a 9-10 inch pan and bake the cake for 40-45 minutes. Let the cake cool and finally, enjoy!
