Pumpkin Brownies

This yummy, rich and flavorful brownie that’ll melt in your mouth when you take a bite. 

Prep Time: 15 minutes 

Cook Time: 48 minutes

Total Time: 1 hour 3 minutes

Servings: 9 

Ingredients: 

  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¾ cup of all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup butter melted
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1 ½ cups of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¾ tsp cinnamon 
  • ½ tsp ground cloves
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg 

Instruction:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Grease 8×8 inch pan 
  • In a bowl stir together the baking powder, flour, and salt 
  • In a separate bowl, stir together melted butter, vanilla, and sugar. With a spoon mix the eggs one at a time, gradually stir in the flour mixture, and divide the batter into two separate bowls
  • Stir cocoa powder and chocolate chips in one batter. In other bowls add the pumpkin puree, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and walnuts. 
  • Spread the ½ chocolate batter to the bottom of the pan then add the pumpkin batter on top
  • Then get a toothpick or knife and swirl it around the two batters 
  • Bake for 45-48 minutes
