Ingredients:
Betty Crocker Vanilla Cake Mix
2 Large Eggs
½ Cup of Melted Butter
Canola Oil
12 oz Nestle Premier White Morsels
Blue Food Coloring
Instructions:
- Combine cake mix, eggs, and oil in a large mixing bowl, and beat well.
- Add 20 drops of Blue Food Coloring or desired amount of Wilton Blue Icing Gel, and continue mixing until the dough is tinted light blue.
- Stir in White Morsels with a spoon.
- Chill dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- After the dough has chilled, drop it onto an ungreased Nonstick Cookie Sheet in rounded balls.
- Bake for approx. 7 – 9 minutes {or until done}. ENJOY!
