When students do homework, they often cannot concentrate and cannot finish assignments. It is simple to do your homework or work efficiently. Sleep 8 hours or more every day. Some people will think that only six hours of sleep is okay. However, UC Berkeley neuroscience professor Matthew Walker said that if you believe your body is good even after sleeping six hours a day, you are overestimating your performance because you are not metacognitive. The industrial age said that five hours of sleep is okay but it is a complete lie. In fact, studies show that less than seven hours of sleep has adverse effects on memory, creativity, productivity, health, and immunity. Walker said that to study and sleep less is to boil water over low heat. However, if you sleep more than 7 hours, you will get the same results in a much shorter time like boiling in high heat. Therefore, we should make a habit of going to bed earlier to reduce energy wastage.
