Here is a super easy delicious treat that you can make this weekend, in honor of the first weekend in December. They are peppermint cocoa cookies layered with a sugar Christmas cookie.
In order to make these cookies, you will have to purchase Toll House peppermint cookie dough at your closest grocery store as well as Pillsbury Christmas sugar cookies. Once you have the peppermint cookies placed on your cookie sheet, then place the Pillsbury classic sugar cookies on top. As a result, you will have delicious festive cookies that only took a total of 5 minutes of preparation.
