Ingredients:
- ¾ cup unsalted melted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg + 1 egg yolk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in a large bowl. Add in the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Mix the flour, salt, and baking soda in a different bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until everything is combined, fold in the chocolate
- Lastly, fold in the raspberries
- Roll the dough into balls and place them on the lined cookie sheet
- Bake the cookies for 11 minutes or until golden brown.
