Swimming has many different benefits that one can get out of it. First, it burns an insane amount of calories which is very useful for losing weight and maintaining muscle. It works every muscle in your body which makes it enough for a daily workout. Another benefit is that it improves your sleep. Swimming is such a workout that it just wipes you out and prepares you for the best sleep. Many swimmers find swimming to be calming as it helps them with their own emotions.
