Healthy Cookie Dough Bites

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup oat flour
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp of vanilla
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Pinch of cinnamon

First, combine all of the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Next, add in the wet ingredients and combine everything. Lastly, fold in the chocolate chips. After all the ingredients are combined, roll the dough into balls and set aside.

Put chocolate chips in a separate bowl and microwave them until melted. Then, take the balls of chocolate chip cookie dough and dip them into the chocolate. Set the chocolate-covered dough balls onto a tray and put them in the freezer until the chocolate has hardened and enjoy! 🙂
