Last November, Taylor Swift announced that she would be going on her Era’s tour, featuring all ten of her albums. This has left fans in question about what will be on the Era’s tour setlist. Her tour started last Friday, and the fans’ questioning has come to an end containing the setlist. Swift’s opening night took place in Swift City, Arizona (aka Glendale, Arizona) and she played 44 songs. She first opened up with Miss Americana & the Heartbreak Prince from her album, Lover. Then she continued on from Lover, Cruel Summer, The Man, You Need to Calm Down, Lover, and The Archer. Then she goes into the Fearless era by starting off with Fearless. Next, she plays You Belong With Me and ends the Fearless era with Love Story. She enters the Evermore era with Tis the Damn Season and Willow. Swift continues playing from Evermore and plays Majorie and Champagne Problems, and Tolerate It. From Evermore she enters her Reputation era and plays …Ready for It?, Delicate, Don’t Blame Me, and Look What You Made Me Do. Sadly, Swift only plays Enchanted from Speak Now. I do wish she would’ve played more from Speak Now because this is one of my favorite albums of hers and I personally think it’s one of the better albums. She finally goes into her Red album and starts off with 22. Then she plays We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together, I Knew You Were Trouble, and All Too Well (10 Minute Version). She then goes into Folklore and plays Invisible String, Betty, The Last Great American Dynasty, a mashup of August / Illicit Affairs, My Tears Ricochet, and Cardigan. Taylor then goes and plays her biggest hits from 1989: Style, Blank Space, Shake It Off, Wildest Dreams, and Bad Blood. At every tour date, she will play a surprise acoustic song and for the opening night, she played Mirrorball from Folklore. Then once again Taylor only plays one song from her debut album, Tim McGraw. This was the album that definitely started it all, and I think she should’ve played more of her debut and given it more credit. Then she ends the concert by playing from her newest album that she released in 2022, Midnights. She then plays Lavender Haze, Anti-Hero, Midnight Rain, Vigilante ****, Bejeweled, Mastermind, and ends with Karma. Her setlist tour is done pretty well, but I think she does need to add more to Speak Now and her debut album.
