This Thursday, March 23rd, our swim and dive team headed over to Monache high school to compete in their second meet of the league season. Our Miners did amazing! We ended up taking the win in the meet and beating Monache in points for JV girls, varsity girls, and varsity boys. Our varsity miner ladies ended up taking first place in 10/12 events; only letting them take first for two events!
Last week our aquatic teams took on Redwood for their first league meet, but unfortunately did not take the win. The varsity girls lost by 28 points and the varsity boys lost by 33 points, which is a pretty close meet. Next up, our swimmers and divers head to Mt. Whitney on Thursday the 30th. The meet starts at 4:30pm, go out and support!
