Being in a happy, healthy relationship with yourself can lead to more productive days. It’s as simple as making your bed in the morning, getting dressed for the day, doing your hair, and having a clean room. Just feeling like you accomplished something, just making a push towards wanting to do more to feel more of an accomplishment in the day. Do it for you, for your mental and physical health, do it to be successful, and do it to thrive and be happy.
