In honor of it being my last article, I wanted to say thank you to the Journalism teacher, Ms. Moore. This is her last year at El Diamante; she is retiring. Ms. Moore, thank you for the environment that you create in your classroom. It is one where I am welcomed and at ease, while also being a space I can do work. Moore has a gift of loving her students well; her journalism class has felt that love. Although I only was able to have you for one year, you are one of my favorite teachers and I will miss you next year. I hope you are able to have a good retirement. Journalism (2022-2023) will hold a special place in my heart, and I wish you the best. Ms. Moore, you are a gifted teacher and El Diamante will miss you. Thank you for all that you have done for your students. We love you, Ms. Moore!
