You can crochet a variety of different animals and turn them into a bouquet of plushies. Crafter Frog has many videos you can follow to make the bouquet. Lingzhi Handmade has a video you can follow along so that you can make flower bouquets. You will need yarn with different colors and crochet hooks.
Along with the gift you can make them a handmade card expressing how much you care about them. You can also make necklaces and bracelets with charms and string.

One of the best gifts you can give is food! One thing you can make is hello kitty-themed chocolates. The video link can show you how to make cute Hello Kitty chocolates. You will need a Hello Kitty mold to make the sweets.
other options you can make are: cake pops, cupcakes, chocolate-covered strawberries, heart pizza, etc. The items you will need to make cake pops are cake batter, chocolate melts, cake pop sticks, and a baking sheet. First, you will need to prepare and bake the cake batter. Once the cake is done you will need a bowl to crush the cake. Then, you will roll pieces of the cake batter into a ball to make the cake pop. Once you have the amount of cake pops that you want, melt your desired amount of chocolate. After, put the cake pop sticks on the cake pop and dip the cake pop into the chocolate while it is still melted. If the chocolate starts to get cold, reheat it. Once all of your cake pops are coated in chocolate. Next, place your cake pops onto a pan with a baking sheet and freeze for 15 to 20 minutes.
